Event Policy - Terms & Conditions

Last updated: December 28, 2025

1. Venue Items and Third-Party Responsibility

Decorashaan is not liable for issues related to venue items, incorrect measurements, or third-party supplier products/services.

2. Outdoor Events and Weather Conditions

We are not responsible for accidents or liabilities due to adverse weather at outdoor events. If weather conditions change and the setup is spoiled, Decorashaan will not be held liable. We guarantee stable decor only when wind speeds are between 20 to 28 km/h. Clients are liable for any damage to Decorashaan products from adverse weather. We reserve the right to relocate setups indoors if necessary.

3. Wall Hooks Usage

We use 3M certified hooks for home setups. While these typically do not leave marks, Decorashaan is not responsible for any paint damage or wall marks.

4. Job Ready Area and Accessibility

Clients must provide a clear job-ready area at the event space, ensuring it is accessible for setup and breakdown. Decorashaan is not liable for any loss or damage to furniture or personal items during setup. Any additional logistics or transportation fees incurred due to restricted access will be the client's responsibility.

5. Work Safety Measures

Our team will wear shoes during home setups for safety reasons.

6. Modifications and Product Use

Additional charges apply for moving or modifying decor due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, subject to staff availability. Please review your invoice carefully; you will only receive items listed on it. Major changes after booking cannot reduce the total quoted amount by more than 10%, though add-ons are allowed. Decorashaan uses decor items that may have been previously utilized in other events; items may not be brand new.

7. Inspiration Photos

Any inspiration photos provided by clients are for reference only. Please verify the actual items used in your event by your stylist to ensure alignment with your vision.

8. Invoice Modifications and Payment Terms

Major changes to the invoice must be requested at least one month prior to the event, with applicable charges. Please review your invoice carefully to confirm all details, as you will only receive items listed on it. A 30% deposit is required to secure your date, with full payment due two weeks before the event. If payment is not received by this deadline, the team will not show up without prior notice, and your date may be released to other clients.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: 1. Cancellation Charges: • 6 or more months prior to the event: 20% of the deposit will be charged. • 3 or more months prior to the event: 40% of the total amount will be charged. • Less than 3 months prior to the event: 50% of the total amount will be charged. • Clients must inform Decorashaan of cancellations within these timeframes. • Once the deadline for changes has passed, any removal of products or services will not be eligible for a refund. 2. Rescheduling Policy: • If the event is rescheduled within 360 days from the original date, the amount already paid can be used towards the rescheduled event. • Any price changes occurring during this period will be applicable at the time of the rescheduled event.
